Support the leadership of DAP (Dorchester Art Project) in their development as an artist-run co-op that can sustain itself beyond our lease ending in 2023. 

Develop the staff of BCN (Boston Compass Newspaper) and transition entirely from a volunteer-run publication to a sustainable business that pays all of its workers.

Synthesize our learnings from the challenges of the Covid 19 Pandemic by adjusting our mission statement, and developing new revenue streams that honor the wellness of our staff and sustainability needs of our organization. 

Research the potential of our Boston Artist Directory (the BADabase) to serve as a resource for the Greater Boston community seeking to connect with local creatives as well as local creatives themselves,  and a revenue stream to support our sustainability. 

Experiment with innovative ways to build community power around the issues facing creatives city-wide: gentrification, displacement, and white supremacy.
